BTCCSquare news:

The SEC has charged Nathan Fuller, a Cypress, Texas resident, with orchestrating a $12.3 million crypto fraud targeting 150 investors through his entities Privvy Investments LLC and Gateway Digital Investments. The scheme, active from October 2022 to mid-2024, promised returns exceeding 100% in 21 days using allegedly non-existent AI trading bots.

According to the complaint, Fuller misappropriated $6.2 million and funneled $5.5 million into Ponzi-style payments. The case reflects the SEC's continued crackdown on crypto fraud under Gary Gensler's administration, though enforcement approaches may evolve with personnel changes.
